DIMAC Systems, s.à.r.l. of Luxemburg and VXServices, LLC, located in Longmont, Colorado, are pleased to announce their new joint venture DIMAC Systems, LLC, which will also be headquartered in Longmont, Colorado.

DIMAC Systems, s.à.r.l. has developed a dynamic new product for acquiring and processing airborne digital imagery. Based on 20 years of practical knowledge and experience in aerial cartography, DIMAC Systems has produced a digital aerial camera system that incorporates newly patented technology to ease the work of aerial photographers while returning excellent core imagery for photogrammetric and orthophoto applications.

Among its many features, the DiMAC system includes real time capture of TRUE Color in a complete image without requiring any post flight reconstruction. In addition, this system utilizes patented electro-mechanical TRUE Forward Motion Compensation acting directly on the camera's CCD to produce a sharp image without the need for digital deblurring.

VXServices, LLC, an established US-based company, manufactures and supports the VX4000 photogrammetric scanner. As such, they are well versed in the manufacture and support of complex hardware and software products producing high-quality digital imagery. Ultimately, VXServices has built a strong reputation for supporting their scanner customers' mission-critical operations.

DIMAC Systems, LLC represents a fully integrated company combining innovative product development already performed in Europe with strong manufacturing and support expertise based in North America. This announcement represents the culmination of two years of discussions and shared development on the DiMAC camera between DIMAC Systems s.à.r.l. and VXServices, LLC. The new joint venture merges the core strengths of both organizations to manufacture, sell and support the DiMAC camera in North America.
